Polished Marble

Marble is formed when limestone is subjected to heat and pressure in the earth's crust, causes the material to change in texture and makeup.

Impurities present in the limestone during recrystallization affect the mineral composition of the marble which is formed, and gives marble a wide variety of colors. Calcite marble is white in color, while hematite is reddish. Limonite results in yellow marble, while serpentine produces green marble.

Marble has always been highly valued for its beauty, irregular veins and resistance to fire and erosion.

Common finishes done on marble are polished, honed, lychee, split faced, rock faced, antic and chiselled. Marble makes very beautiful and long-term aesthetic bath tubs and basins for those who loves natural beauty.
